It cracks me up that this place is going condo. They'll be back to renting within half a year. The lighting here is very low, I've always how the photometric plan (lighting) got past plan review, or if they even had one. Damage from the hurricanes got to this place, and the mold got in good. The thing about mold/water damage problems is that they are very costly and require extensive renovation to truly get rid of. I doubt anyone who runs this place, or most any similar complex, will ever go through that. So if you live in a place with serious mold problems, just accept it or leave. It's a given with at least half the apartments in greater Orlando now.
