Old, quaint apartments, racist staff

The apartments are old, with ugly entrances, but okay in the inside. The staff however are racists. They will deny, or give a hard time to, anyone who is not Caucasian. They are slow to respond, and rude. I would NOT recommend this apartment community to anyone.
