(I've been here a year. And thought I'd update)
I'm resigning. I've grown to really like this place a lot. They aren't increasing my rent even though they could. The only real drawback is that they don't have a hot tub anymore. They sealed it up one and put plants in the other. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! JUST MAKE SURE YOU ASK THEM IF THEY ARE PLANNING TO RESTORE THE HOT TUBS BEFORE YOU SIGN) :)


(OLD REVIEW)
Two pools, nice gym with TV. They have always fixed the little stuff like weather stripping, disposal, dishwasher in the same day I called. The staff is nice, some of the men are effeminate. The maintanance staff is intelligent. They had a great Christmas party with free keg and champagne.

Drawbacks are:

The lack of lightening rods.

Have to drive trash to dumpster, recycling fills up (atleast they have it).

Don?t move in by the car wash center because Saturday couple of people wash there car with the stereo blasting.

Overall a great place to stay.

Very quiet, great landscaping with a natural look.
