There Truly Is "NO PLACE LIKE POST"

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I have been a Post resident for almost seven years, with the last year spent here at Post Lake. I have known the Property Manager since 1992, when she was starting her career with Post. After having read some of the comments that others have left on this web site regarding this property and its staff, I am horrified at how well people will lie and all the while knowing that they are not telling the truth.
I am a retired Minister, of 30 years. In no way, shape or form, am I going to stretch the truth about Post Lake. First, let me begin by saying that this is the finest apartment complex in the metropolitan area. From the very beginning you are treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Moving into your new home is also very special. You feel like "I have moved up to Post standards." From the magnet with the Post Tulip on the refrigerator door, to the Post Lake coffee mug with a beautiful red napkin inside, and all of the wonderful literature that answers all of your questions if you happen to be new to Post.
I love Post so much, that after having built a custom home in 1998, after at that time having lived at Post for six full years, I found myself miserable. All of a sudden I realized that all of the beautiful landscape, to the beautiful carpet, floors, all the way to the expensive construction with all of the colonial trim found throughout the apartment, I had left behind because I thought I wanted to be a homeowner. Well, I became miserable. All of the work to maintain a new home was not worth it. And to top it off, the apartment I have is almost the same size of my house. These are the largest apartment floor plans of any other complex in the metro area. I sold my home after just four years and my next step was to call Post and I told them I wanted to come back home, and they opened their arms and welcomed me back, just like a family does when someone has been away for an extened period of time.
This is not a racist property, and the staff are certainly not prejudice. You see, I am a black man and I have been treated with the utmost respect. Life here is like a year long vacation.
Finally, I cannot believe that someone would write that they "stink." I don't think so. The staff memebers here are all professional and they are required to wear a Post uniform. Their appearance is totally upscale! As a man of God, I cannot imagine why other people have lied and in such depth that I felt like I was swimming in a pool of lies and backstabbing.
Take my word for it. If you are looking for the utmost apartment experience of your life, you will find it all here at Post Lake. And I hope you are not going to pass on by based on the horrible lies that appear on this page.
If you want to discuss the truth, you may contact me at Rbennettjr@cfl.rr.com and I will be more than happy to discuss it with you. This place is to sweet to pass.
GOD BLESS YOU, AND MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS POST LAKE, BUT EVEN MORE IMPORTANT, MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS THIS DEDICATED STAFF OF PROFESSIONALS THAT MANAGE THIS PARADISE. AND ONE LAST THING, THIS PROPERTY IS GATED, AND I FEEL PERFECTLY SAFE AND SECURE AT POST LAKE. POST HAS THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING!
