I did not actually move into these apartments, only went through the application process. The reason being is that the super nice (at first) leasing agent told us that a portion (100.00) of our deposit/ was refundable (actually two different leasing agentst told myself and my girlfriend this). After we applied, the agent then told us, that because of our credit, we would have to pay double the amount of the typical deposit. That was no surprise. We simply couldn't afford to pay the high deposit and told them we were no longer interested. We kindly and respectfully asked to be refunded the $100.00 portion of our app fee/holding fee, at which time the super nice leasing lady turned into a super rude bitc# and told us that if we were smart enough to read all of the fine print on the application, we would have known that the app/holding fee was completely non-refundable.
Yes, one could say that this was mine and mygirlfriend's fault for taking the word of a seemingly honest and reputable person and not reading the fine print. We asked her why she told us about the refundable portion (also why one of the other agents told us that) and their response was that they did not recall telling us that and basically just tried to make us feel stupid for not "reading fine print"! All I could say to myself was that they got us! These fuc#ers are total scammers when it comes right down to it.
So as i say, i cannot comment on the living conditions, it may be a nice place to live, just be very leary of the agents. they are fuc#ing sharks!!!!!!! Be Careful....

Every one knows that application fees are non refundable, that is why it is a FEE. Why should they spend the money to pull your terrible credit when you need to pay your bills.
