I recently moved out and returned the keys(mail,gate,and remote gate key) 6 days after move out date. Today (3 weeks later) I have a letter from Post Lake saying that I am going to be charged 125.00 for not returning the keys. I called and talked to the staff there and they said I should have returned it sooner and next time I have a apartment I should do this faster. I now have no keys and they have my 125.00...I will never live in or recommmend Post Lake to anyone ever again.
