We have lived in Post/Barrington for over 4 years. The first 2 years as Post Apartments. It was nice then. Now,

walkway is not swept
breezeways are not swept
drains are full of pine needles, you swim to your building when it rains hard
gutters are not kept clean
office staff is very rude
phone calls are not returned
no parking after 8:00 pm unless you park under the pine trees, pine sap is very had to remove from cars
Maintenance usually returned more than once to redo the call, if they show up at all.
Gate is normally broken
The view on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday is trash and the scent of trask

I do live in a home, it is called barrinton home for the people who like to live around trash.
