Getting to expensive

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
Since Post Lake sold this property, the rent has been increasing enormously, last year my increase was $43.00 and this year went to $73.00, I am a senior citizen and they don't give more savings, excuse THE MARKETING.

Besides the increase we have to pay for water, sewer and a new thing trash. So my total rent is going to be by August 1 2006 the amount of $717.50 My parking area is very dark the lighting does not get fix.
