I am glad I did not have young kids. The upstairs neighbors were always either fighting and throwing things, or having sex in a creaky rocky old bed banging against the wall. Forget the countesy officer, he has never answered my calls.
Weekends are free for all here. The gate does not last for 7 days. By Friday night the gate is broken and anyone can get in and out without a gate card or remote. I have had to slam on my brakes too many times to avoid getting hit by people racing in through the 'out' gate.
There is no incentive for repeat/continued residency. The price goes up every year.
