The sprinklers don't work anymore. There is patches of dirt where grass was or there are weeds replacing the grass. There is no more perfect view.
The lake is called mirror lake but you won't even get a reflection of yourself because of the film skimming atop of the water.
The grilling areas are filthy, moved to another and got the same filth. No where to put the charcoal except for the ground. You can tell that this has not been cleaned up in along time.
Have called maintenace, they don't show. Everytime they tell you that an order has been submitted. They still don't show. I took a trip to Home Depot and fixed my own problem.
The office is non responsive, they don't listen to your needs they only make excuses for the dilapidating conditions. In a few more years it might be a nice area for section 8 housing.
