I have been here for almost 2 yrs and I really enjoy it here at Barrington !! The staff is great they girls in the office are very helpful and really sweet. Along with the Property Manager and the Assistant Manager. The grounds always look great. Maintenance is great. I have had no problems with them at all it is really sad to read such bad reviews when I live here and I love it. I hope that the staff keeps up the great work and I will continue to live here as long as I can.

Wait until you really need anything. Like maybe the property manager to return a phone call, or to request the assistant property manager to step from behind his desk. You must do your own maintenance or you are lucky and have not had to use maintenance. If you have been here for 2 years then you will notice the grass is now brown because it dosen't get watered and the gate works less than 2 percent of the time. Maybe before Barrington you lived in Section 8 housing. That could be the only reason why you think this place is a nice place. I feel really sorry for you.

This review sounds questionable to me. Are staff allowed to post here? What is keeping them from doing so? I repeatedly have had bad customer service here by one team member in management. However, some of the other team members have been very nice. I faithfully pay my rent on time and can honestly say I make a good tenant, but various problems have caused me to consider whether or not I want to renew my lease and pay my rent elsewhere when my contract is up.
