stay away. the management staff will entrap you into an application, promising everything is fine, wait the 3 day grace period in which you can get the refund back, then tack on hundreds of dollars more in ridiculous fees. this, of course, was enough for us to back off immediately, and now we're trying to get back our $500 that they're saying is nonrefundable after being promised it was.

not the application fee either, mind you - we paid $425 for a deposit on the apartment itself, and now they're refusing to return it to us (after promising to do so), despite the fact we never even set foot in the place.

they're liars and thieves. if this is any indication of the way they conduct business with their tenants, then i'd highly recommend to stay away as far as humanly possible. we're currently working with the Better Business Bureau and seriously considering taking these criminals to court if we don't get some cooperation on their end.
