At first glance the property appears a reasonable option for living near to Altamonte Springs and Maitland. However, once you're in things go from mediocre to depressing almost immediately. The laundry rooms leave everything to be desired and the search for working dryers will drive you nuts. Many a night I've given up and hung damp laundry in my apartment. Maintenance, well, I FIXED MY OWN TOILET! I called a couple of times with no response, so when I saw one of the guys in a golf cart I asked him about the parts needed and he GAVE THEM TO ME...I'm glad I pay my rent so I can work for Zom Management! I gave up trying to get the sink in my bathroom fixed so it would drain faster than molasses in the winter. They'll probably stick my with those repair costs now that I'm gone. They're liars and cheats. I've seen more arrests firsthand since living at Barrington than I have in all my 39 years. Oh, and here's the best part...they wanted to raise my rent! Unbelievable, and unbearable...I moved out, you should NOT move in...EVER! The only redeeming quality was that large dogs are allowed and I own a lab. The pet deposit is at least reasonable. See, move to Barrington, get treated like a dog!
