Yes, the landscaping is wonderful, but it ends there. I was there 2 years (just bought a house thank god) and it's gone steadily downhill. You will get hit with unplanned, and exorbatant, charges. Maintenance is a joke. They charge you for garbage which is constantly overflowing. The so called "gated community", another joke... The gates are ,no exageration, broken 90% of the time. Many vehicles have been broken into, vandalized, or stolen. (It's not a rumor, I personally witnessed and reported one of these incidents, and was told by the responding police officer that it's an ongoing problem)The office phone often goes unanswered, they don't return messages, and the staff is plain clueless.
If they tell you ANYTHING, get it in WRITING, because the story convienently changes when it comes time to pay.
