It used to be enjoyable to live here until about a year ago when a company named Zom bought this place and ever since then the place has gone to hell in a handbaskit. It started with Maitanance. all the pepole that were here disapeared and then you could not get anything done I had no Airconditioning for 4 days back in August, then I had a leak from the neighbors upstairs that destroyed several of my family photo albums, and to add insult to injury they took 3 months to fix the hole in my ceiling i still believe there is mold in the closet but no one will check properly they just paint over the black spots that keep appearing.

When you call the office latly the are all clueless, i can never get the same answer twice, or the same person for that mater. the staff has completly changed several times I suspect that the staff is even abandoning the Sinking Ship called Zom.
I will be moving out at the end of may. i would like to have stayed longer but the recent changes of the last year have made this place unbearable. I have found a new place not far from here and it is not owned by Zom, That was the first question i asked.

I warn anyone looking for an apartment in this area STAY AWAY FOR BARRINGTON AT MIRRO LAKE.

I used to live here also, and I also had a leak for the roof into my apt. There were 3 different spots on my celing that were damaged. I had to call maintance several times and they never came to look at it. 2 months later I moved when they would not fix my celing and then they charged me 700 dollars to fix it when it was a roof problem not something I did. STAY AWAY!
