I know this place isn't that great but I have seen slight changes taking place. I am sure that we all wish that it could be perfect over night and nothing is ever really perfect but i think that things might be headed in a positive direction. I think that the Kitchens and Baths need completely updated they look like someting you would have seen on threes company. The grounds look great but there is still trash laying around and spider webs everywhere but I guess the property is really natural. We live in florida why can't every patio and balcony be screened in it only makes sense. And why are the residents aloud to keep their patios looking like storage bins and trash heaps. Maybe all of this will change I surely hope so This property could be like a resort if kept up and taken care of.

the entry gates were broken from january until june.. they said they had replaced all the motors and such.. well 2 weeks after they started to work..the gate arms were removed!! I called and they said that since so many ppl kept ramming them. they just removed them for good!! yes the old iron swing gate is still in place, it takes a good 5 minutes for it to close once opened! and that is only at night! so if they try to tell you its a "gated community" ask questions! cause its not!! my car has been vandalized..my downstairs neighbor had his truck stolen and another neighbors car was broken into.. and these are ppl that live in my building! beware of this place!
