Filty, Nasty and Molded

These apartments are nasty, filty, mold infested with non working AC units. The maintenance staff here is VERY unprofessional. It takes them several weeks sometimes months to fix something thats not working, like the AC. I requested that they at least pressure wash the outside to make the apartments attractive. Its been 9 months and still looks like traveling mold. The apartments are under new management and all they did so far was remodel apartments once a tendent moves out. Them rasies the rent nearly $250 . Same structure, same problems. Once my lease is FINALLY up I'M OUT! Take my advice and don't waste your hard earn money living in these conditions.
