I've seen better.

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
Not bad. However I've seen better, even in the Orlando Metro area.

Biggest problems are the lack of quality repair jobs and obviously cheap building materials. It's not that bad to look at but it's clear their main goal was to save money. Sound dampening is incredibly poor. Neighbors are not that noisey but you hear everything.

The class of tenants could be better. That's all I'll say about that.
