Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Let's just start with the fact that the gate maybe worked 2 weeks out of the entire 1 1/2 years my husband and I lived here. Rent was definately cheaper than most places but you do get what you pay for. Oh yes and then there is the little incident of my Husband's car getting broken into 2 times in less than 2 years... Wonderful experience. When the officer came to do the report he then informed us that there had been 7 other car break in-s in the past 2 weeks. Which Palm Key NEVER informed their residents about. After this they then did not want to let us out of the other 6 months left on our lease. Beware of this "gated community"...
