I have lived in this apartment complex for over 4 years. My staying here this amount of time is due to low income and not qualifying at another complex. I am currently on month to month and will not be renewing my lease. The apartment looks nothing like the model they show. When I first moved in I was told I could have any phone service and cable company prefered. Come to find out they have contracts with certain providers. The bedroom door began to fall off the hinge, one burner on the stove didn't work and an outlet in the bedroom was broken. I ended up fixing the door and stove myself and the outlet is still broken after 4 years. The windows and door to the apartment are not energy efficient along with the thermostat, so expect to have a higher electric bill. Not that they are extremely high, but they could be lower with those items upgraded. Cabinets and folding doors are probably the original items installed when the complex was built in the mid 1980's. The apartment was not as clean as it should have been when moving in. Maintenance is horrible as they have only two people for fixing anything, and use the cheapest materials. They replaced my bathtub faucet and a week later the cheap handle broke. The apartments are spacious and would be ideal if the place was fixed up. The noise is terrible in this place. The management and Apopka Police are no help. If you call the police they will tell you to talk to the property management. If you tell the property management they tell you to call the police. Response times for the police and fire are lengthy at times. I have noticed over the past year more trouble that requires the police to respond. Stay away unless you have no problem with noisey ignorant people.

Update!!!!! After writing this review it was quiet for about a week and a half. Now the ---- starts again. This is a horrible place to live. Vengful people. You complain about the noise and the residents will harrass you.
