Interior looked like it wasn't painted for years. Cabinets and foyer floor needed a good sanitizing when moving in. Carpet was stained; staff was unconcerned. Cupboard doors had layer of grime on them and the handles were of bad taste. Dishwasher leaked even after repair. Exterior was dingy, landscaping intermittent, patio area grungy. Needs some major taking care of. Neighbors seemed alright, location okay, but staff were stuffy. Entrance gates worked 5% of time. If you want to stay here bargain for a good deal. It really made me have the blues and the price wasn't cheap!! Big move in fee too.
