Maintenance of the complex went down when Aimco took over - New management is all about make this place profitable rather than providing quality of life. Pool chairs are falling apart, cheap paint on the walls, destructed Landscaping because of cost to keep up - maintence response time neglected. I know a lot of people that moved out because of the way they were treated by management.
