,,It is very quiet around here except maybe around the tennis courts where there is a very small park where the smaller children play,,A few residents are real pigs.They leave there kids toys at the bottom of their apts,and BBQ, and then there are the ones who always have something to complain about but never move..The rents did go up a lot but thats due to rental market,,.,,Us apartment renters are being forced out of places we love that have gone condo(which is a big tend in orlando area,,So,,B/C of this tend rents go up,,Than places like this ask what they want.Going rents here on a small one BR is 880 and larger two 1000. If you have perfect credit,You can pick and choose any where..If you have bad credit as long as you have never been evited,,You come to a place like here,,DEcided for your self,,This place is 99 percent rented,,That should tell you a lot of the apartments.If there that bad to live here than why is it almost rented'They finally got a new Maintenance who are well versed.They are updating the grounds with mulch thur out.They are enclosing most of the patios with sceens.They starting pressure washing the outsides and will start painting in jan.Come on.The place is over 20 years old..The insides are nice. most downstairs unites have fireplaces.There is a waiting list for three bedroom townhomes, If it was all that bad why would people be put on the list'Pool chairs do need to be replaced,They have a very modern nice wiehgt room.The pool is well kept,,If some of the lazy residnets wouldn't drop there trash any old where,,Itwould be nicer..if the few families that lived here,,picked up the trash around the outside of the united and the mess theire kids left k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
