This property has a multitude of problems and they keep getting worse. To start off, the office staff has no clue what "customer service means", they never listen to suggestions or criticisms yet they expect us to hang on every word they say. They have no clue that they are working for us. They want their money, which obviously is not an outrageous request, but they never put any back into the community. The "security gate" is always broken, I'd say it works about one month in a year, total. The grounds are horrific, all the grass is dead because the irrigation system is broken and has been that way for a good six months. They screened in the patios before fixing structural damage to the buildings. Some buildings have stairs that are rotting away and others have the gutters that have either fallen off or are falling off. The Hot tub is fifty percent of the time more like the cold dirty tub. The gates surrounding the pool are broken, therefore locked instead of being fixed. The only two left unlocked are beginning to break now, so I guess they'll either close the pool or be forced to fix them. There is much more I can say, but I think you get the picture. I will not be renewing.
