A nice place to come home to

I have lived at the Verandahs for the last 7 months and while it is not the nicest looking community I have lived at, it is one of the best communities I have lived at. It is mostly quiet, I have had a few noise complaints but the front office took care of them right away. All of my maintenance issues have been taken care of within two days of requesting them. And the customer service from the ladies in the office is great. They are always pleasant and willing to help. And the property is starting to look a lot better. They are redoing all of the landscaping and cleaning up the property nicely. I like living here.
