I have barely gotten any sleep since I moved here. It is so loud. Not to mention there is an ant colony as big as my apartment building (probably bigger). They've come pouring in through my electrical outlets. Yes, after complaining they do a quick spritz on the floor but never attempt to take care of the source of the problem.
Everything is falling apart. I've already had a flood come down from my neighbor upstairs because of an improper washer installation by the complex and a ceiling fan fall of and smack my boyfriend in the back of the head. The area between the 2nd floors carpet and my ceiling is so paper thin. I am counting the days until I move out of this place. The girls in the office are always very nice, there's not much they can really do about anything, so I don't blame them. I just wouldn't recommend renting for an Aimco property, they'll never fail to rip you off.
