Where can I start!
1.

I waited over a week to get a leak fixed in my bathroom which caused the tiles to lift and they wont fix them.

2.

The garbage at the trash compactor is ALWAYS overflowing.

Tenants drop it in front as opposed to inside and maintenace is not on it!

3.

I had a bag of McD's, a bottle of water and a soda sitting on the steps outside my apt, called it in and left it there to see how long it would take to clean up...1 1/2 WEEKS!

4.

Good luck getting anyone from the office to answer your questions.

5.

The manager drives around in a nice ---------------- (always parked out front) but could give TWO ----- about the complex.

6.

If the rent is not in by the 2nd of the mont...then and only then do you know that management exists! They are on you like you robbed a bank! Lets not forget the late fees!

7.

They have on a few occasions gone away for the weekend leaving NOBODY to tend to emergencies! (leaks, no AC, etc...)

8.

The pool is constantly filled with kids and no grown ups...do they even live here'

9.

Who needs TV! Every Friday and Saturday night is a live episode of COPS! High speed chases through the complex....tune in this weekend

10.

My personal favorite is the constantly broken gate.

Sometimes you cant even leave the complex cause the sensors dont work and will not open the gate...Great if you ever have an emergency!

Over all I wouldnt recomend this hell hole to anyone, unless you enjoy living in sqaller!
