I used to live in Willow Lake in 2005 with my roommate and her 5 year old daughter. We never had a problem that wasn't fixed within 48 hours providing it wasn't the weekend. We had a few roaches but the people who lived upsides were nasty and once they moved out we never had another problem. The management and people working there are (were) lovely. Very helpful and wanted to maintain the facility as best as possible. You always can find that few in the complex that leave their garbage out and play loud music and/or have no common sense and just make the complex an "issue"... but you have that anywhere. I loved Willow Lake and plan on attempting another apartment there when I move back. Especially since they appeal to some of us Low Income families. I truly appreciate their effort to make it possible for people like me to live in comfort and still be able to provide for our families.
