I was very disappointed with some staff of the management at this establishment due to the fact that they are uncooperative and not as warm and receptive as initial interaction. Though my husband and i informed them a weeks prior to rent date, that we would pay rent a few days late they still attempted to collect the payment from our account and demanded we pay rent in full plus some miscellaneous charges even though we ended up paying the rent on time. They are unprofessional in your personal affairs, because when dealing with tenants they announce your financial matters in the presence of other tenants, who by the way informed us later of the special treatments being received by the some of the managing staff when it comes to late payments..and also due to the false advertisement they presented on the demo on their website informing tenants of one time payments allowed but not in practise. amongst other issues dealing with the environment like: loud voices heard outside at late nights or early mornings, unwelcomed guests lounging around, dirty hallways,alarming illegal substances found in the front and back of the buildings, overflowing garbage from the ONLY garbage incinerator in the entire apartment complex, and overpopulated parked cars that make it impossible to find a parking spot. we are so glad we to be out of here!
