when i first moved to archer homes it was great and had been until march 2004 with the new landlords. The landlords are not professional, she is continually harrassing visitors and tenants; such as, being on the grass when the cars are not on the grass; calling the police about music that is not loud and the neighbor of the tenant is not complaining;calling the police about parking when it is not a designated parking area for visitors, it should not be a problem if the neighbors say it is fine to use their parking spots. when visitors or family member come through the complex they are stopped to be asked who are they going to see and what apartment number they are visiting. We have never had this problem with any other pass landlords. Archer homes is a very good drug free neighborhood limited traffic with no problems. This landlord is very unprofessional and does not know how to respect the tenants and the visitors. I and other tenants have lived in archer homes for more than 2 years or so and never had the problems that are occuring now. It all starts with management.We are not in a prison complex. The manager is not suppose to worry about who visits the tenants and why they are visiting as long as the tenants is not disturbing the neighbors. I enjoy living in archer homes, but the management needs to be managed.
