as of march 2004 we have new management.and it is like living in a prsion camp. our vistors are constantly being harrsed by the new management.stop and question about who they are going to visit.(like it is her business).she has called the police on several tenants .one tenant for having too many vistors. taking up to many parking spaces.one tenant for playing his music too loud.(now keep in mind this tenant is about 70years old and in a wheelchair. he is also hard of hearing. and until now no-one minded his music.not even the tenants right next door.)she called the police for a couple argueing (like most couples do._)she just invited herself in their apt.without evening knocking. now that three times for nonsense. we here have never had a problem until now. so i say to the owners of the complex.parent management. if you want tenants , get rid of the new management. we will be passing this along. we will be heard.thank you mrs celie
