my family once lived in the arms the good thing about it was management in there maintenance tech Chris Maxam very good people under any situation we had so many fleas my son was bitten up over 90 times in one month and the funny thing is we didnot own one animal!!!! Not to mention the heat in the apartment was unreal i think if someone is paying 825.00 a month they should have some sort of central air system this is Florida they also look like the projects i have nothing against low income communities however 825.00 has never been paid for the projects in any state that i have heard of none of the washers work, the carpets! are wet they have mold in they smell like death and some of them are flea infested i bet the owners would not live in a castle beside these apartments they should be made to stay one month in that dungeon then they should blow them up with dynamite.
