well i live here now and this place is worse than any other complex i've ever been to, i have seen so many drug deals go down that it's sad, the front office never does what they say. i was told to turn in a form of all the things thay was wrong with the place when i moved in, i turned in the list and nothing has been fixed. please just save some extra money and move in some place that you will really like. i made the mistake once but never again i may just break my lease so i can sleep at night and not worry about if anybody is gonna try to break into my house or my car. you really get what you pay for... oh yeah and there are black cats everywhere.

I think this is a bit of an overstatement. Yes, they are a bit older, but honestly, for the area, they are quiet and safe. There are only 2 black cats I have seen and no one bothers you. I don't worry about my safety in the least and haven't had any issues with people messing with my personal items. They have been right on top of getting anything I need repaired taken care of that same day. I think you get what you put into it. If you don't get in there and keep telling them there is a problem you want taken care of, it won't be. So far, I've had a great experience being a resident.
