When we moved into our apartment we were given the standard walk through sheet to fill out and return. There were many problems from the very begining that I reported ont eh sheet that needed to be fixed, mainly electrical outlets that would not work and or would short out when used. Very scary stuff. The problems were never fixed. I kept reporting the problems and nothing got fixed. Finally I spoke to the maintence man himself as talking to the office manager wasn't working. He told me that he had NEVER received a work order for any of the list of things wrong with our apartment. The problems have yet to be fixed two months later. When I leave the house for any extended time I have to unplug everything. As far as the neighborhood, I don't feel safe here. I hear guns going off at night, not sure where exactly. I have seen drug deals and busts go on. They are poorly made apartments, to which you can hear everything that your neighbors do etc like they are right in the room with you. I would never recommend living here to anyone. I want out of this place as soon as possible.
