Outstanding place to live, An oasis on Mayport rd!!!

Beautiful layout. Wonderful ,Friendly staff. Fix maintenance issues fast!!Close to base. In fact too close, don't plan on going anywhere between 3 and 6 with the carrier traffic from base. Other than the random trailer parks no issues with unwanted visitors. Gates keep alot of rif raf out. Parking can get annoying. It has been one of the best apartments we have lived in. Recommended
