Not the best apartments, but definitely not the worst. All in all, I would recommend. They are DEFINITELY the best apartments that you will find in Mayport. We moved out because my husband is in the navy and got tranferred. Friendly staff, grounds are well kept, VERY nice area compared to what's on the outside of the gates (Mayport, YUCK!), VERY affordable rent rates. Apartments are definitely on the small side and not anywhere next to "new", but they are kept up with and not horrible either. We had lake front, which is ideal and a beautiful view!
