This place sucks!! Right from the get go our place was filthy the carpets were not cleaned the tub had only a handle for the hot side and I had to pretty much hound them for the parts to fix it but isnt that what 3 maintenance guys are for' Good luck trying to get a hold of the manager for anything and when you finally do her word is as good as the quality of this place I mean I know its a trailor park but you gotta draw the line somewhere. When yout cabinet are stained sheets of plywood with the blue manufactor label showing thats pretty ghetto. Are A/C consists of a oversized window unit and a heater blower. When they landscape they do mow the grass but forget there weedwackers and leave 3 foot weeds and patches of grass alongside your trailor and only getting cut every two weeks in the summer time it only breeds mosquitos and knats. God forbib you leave your trash outside for 30 mins when you come back to take it out you have to fight off the 5 cats eating out of it. The unmaintained trees were a problem during the storms this summer numerous fell a couple on some trailors. The mailboxes are a joke ive been talking to my neighbors and they have had to go to the post office for the past 4 months to get there mail they say they keep trying to get ahold of Debbie the manager and she responds the parts are on order. 4 months is a bit surreal for a part to come in. We had a leak under are trailor we didnt notice and it was understood that is was gushing out 2000 gallons a day the water bill was brutal that month. We have a leak that showed up in our hallway out of nowhere it tore the sheetrock and it looks like a shotgun slug went through it. Stay away this place sucks

I have family that lived there and the manager Debbie is the most worthless manager in the history of managers!! I am a property manager in Indiana and NEVER would allow the lack of care she produces!!!!!!!!!!!!
