We have lived here for about 8 months, and we like it, we may have a had little of problems, nothing for anyone else to worry about.Just make sure you get what you asked for, or what you were told... Let me tell you,I have looked around Mayport and I think Mallard Cove has the biggest spacious apartments, and they are clean and nice.. The landscaping is done when needed... The Maintenance staff, is nice and willing to help...
I would recommend it, if you want to live close to the base...Just know your rights...
