The place was okay at first. Decently priced for what you were getting. Mostly just conviently close to work. Stayed for a couple of years. All of a sudden rent went way up. It is completely over priced for what you are getting. You are expected to tow your car if you have a flat tire because owner forbids any work done on vechile on property. The "gym" is completely outdated. When in the pool area they do not want you listening to any music that is not theirs. You can not wash your car on the property, repair, or anything else. The pool area is not really clean, and you are not allowed to do anything at the pool. No eating, drinking, nothing at all. Maintence is usually prompt, without too many problems. Some apartments are better than others. It is somewhat better than others in the area, but not enough to call superior. Living there feels a lot like being way over controlled. That was one of the biggest concerns to me was that there were way too many rules. Not a bad place to live at all, I do not recommend due to rent being much much more than the apt being worth. For the same price you will find better everything, plus more amenities.
