New owners really care about the apartments and the place was recently redone. Night lighting is good. Hidden security cameras are installed. There are lots of friendly people. The staff is nice and helpful the landscaping is good, and the maintenance guys fix will come out if you need them in the middle of the night. Just like any other apartment place, ask questions before you rent so you can get important numbers of people and places. That s how I found out about the cameras. If I had one complaint it would be the mail people still deliver mail addressed to the last tenants even though they have moved and I have asked them to stop, but that has nothing to do with the place itself
