I lived here for about 1 year. I liked the apartment itself & the maintenance guys were very professional & timely. The management was nice to. Other than the location, I liked the apartment for the price. It's located on Mayport Rd. right near the base and all of the bars. So there is a lot of traffic, late night drug transactions & hookers being picked up, can all be seen from your window if you're close enough. I wouldn't recommend it if you have small children.
