Recession Prices' lol

I really like this apartment complex. I love the white shiny tile floors, and the spacious rooms you get for a decent rent price. The pool is nice and the parking is great! Neighbors are friendly and the place is quiet. Maintenance is great and the Office staff are excellent. However do not miss a rent payment ever. And if you do, you are in for a surprise eviction notice. Not cool. Especially if you are five days late. The only downside the apartments are ranging from 620-650 a month. I am paying 645.00 and EVERYWHERE else the apartments are being rented for 499-600 a month. Even two bedrooms are cheaper than this price. Not cool. They only give "recession" prices to new tenants. The rest of us keep paying the regular non recession prices.
It is a beautiful complex. However I am moving becuase I can get a fitness center, and two pools, parking etc...for the range of 550 a month. I need an apartment that fits the times. And the rise and fall of the economy. This is too pricey for a one bedroom apartment. This is my only complaint.
