IF you are navy, beware of this place. Nothing will ever be fixed. Management is terrible!! The complex is close to the base, but you would be better off living on the ship as opposed to this dump. Moved out on the military clause in the lease, but now they are trying to charge me for the remainder of the lease. These people are crooks! If you go over the apartment mangement's heads and talk to the management company, they are just as incompetent as the apartment management. This place is not worth the time and effort to get things fixed or you money!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was a place where our ceiling was caving in and cracking down the wall to a window when we moved in. We complained, but it was never fixed (of course). Now upon move out, they want to charge us for the window to be cleaned. Perhaps if the rotting building was fixed the window wouldn't have been covered in black mildew. Hving to hire an attorney to fight this because I willnot pay for their screw-ups, however when you move out they will try to charge you for their maintence problems. THis place will be your worst nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
