My husband lived here before we we met. While he was deployed there was a leak and the apartment reeked of mildew... The water damage caused the kitchen light not to work and also disabled the air conditioner.... in 2 years, it was never repaired..... When we married we switched to a new apartment (A 2 bedroom). The carpets were gross, but we didnt complain since we were only going to be there a few months before he was to be transferred... when we moved, they tried to charge us full price to have the carpet replaced. We fought it and won, but this management is TERRIBLE! Don't risk it.
