Prior to me moving into MarshOaks, my husband lived there for 3 1/2 years. He had no complaints about management or maintenance. Once I moved there, I had no complaints. The only noise heard was from the main street. Our neighbors were very quiet. Our cars were never broken into. We really liked the apartment. We had outgrown our apartment and had to move. If we didn't need a bigger place, we will still be there. As for the apartment manager, she was great;very helpful.
