well i was very happy with the way the apartment was set up for a first time home but the dining room and living room where together there was no cabinet space for anything no pantry no linen closets and on top of that i had mold all over my under cabinet sink which they covered up with another board. ok could have taken the old one out. you could hear the neighbors talking they must have been paper thin walls the people around the complex we not all that great we had a nice family leave and the place went to well hell our brand new car was keyed and scratched. i was in an accident in the apartment complex because the trash bins are to close to the roads. weird people would come at all hours of the night. constantly solicited. there really was no space for anything and we wished that we had the choice for a 6 month lease because i am telling you there is a better place right up the street and so much safer. when we moved out i got charged for all sorts of crap. the doors in the apartment had locks on them but no keys so if the door was locked you couldn't get into it so we had to break in the door in order to get in and then we get charged for it. the previous residents didnt take a good job of the apartment. when we got there the apartment was filthy i had broken porclein sinks a broken tile soap dish in our shower(which my husband got cut on and had to get stitches and i asked to be fixed when we moved in) there was old outdated lighting falling fixtures this place was a mess. the weather stripping on our door was so broken that it would let the air right out that was a nice bill. seriously not very luxury at all i was very disappointed when i got this apartment.
