I always found the office and maintenance staff to be quite friendly and helpful; as an active duty Navy member, I lived at Marsh Oaks for three years. Cabinets needed an upgrade, but overall a reasonable unit for the price. Neighbors were occasionally loud, but I never really had any problems with the other tenants. Conveniently located near NAS Mayport; would recommend to military personnel.
