I've been living here in mayport trace for 2 yrs and i havent had no problems. I like living at mayport trace. Sure at times maint gets busy and cant respond right off to your request but they do make sure they get to it when they have the chance to. The maint man named "jimmy" is very good and very friendly. The office staff is nice and helpful..There isnt many places that you can just go into the office and sit and talk with the managers and the leasing agent, but at mayport trace you can. i have notice alot of changes to the apts since there has been a new manager., I have also talk to the manager lately and they stated that the buildings will be getting pressure washed and painted starting in march. So to make a long story short i would recommand Mayport trace apts to anyone of my friends or to anyone looking for an apt........
