I would just like to say a few things about Mayport Trace. I dont get how and were the other reviewers can sit there and say that Mayport trace is a bad place to live! Its not!!! Yes all apt community;s have there problems. But not once have i or my friends that live here ever went into the office to see the asst or the manager and they were rude..they have always been very nice and very helpful. they have worked really hard to get the property to looking better then it has since the yr that ive been here. i would really like to say that anyone that is reading this and has read the bad reviews, that maybe thebad reviews has come from people that maybe was kicked out, cant pay there rent or maybe just the type of people that you just cant please them with anything that you do for them. I would just like to say that Mayport Trace is good place to rent from,no its not the best in town. One last thing that i would like to say is that i hope you dont go by what you hear. You should check it out for yourself!
