Mayport Trace is a horrible place to live my boyfriend has lived here for 3 years i've been here for 2. The staff at the office is the worst i have ever had to deal with they are very rude.the maintenance is so bad i have so many things broken in my apartment and they have yet to fix anything.The groundskeepers knok dirt and rocks all over my pourch every time and don't bother to fix it and about 2 months ago they smaked a rock into my sliding glass door and broke the glass the office still hasn't sent someone to fix it i have a 2 year old daughter that likes to touch everything and i cant even let here out on the porch because of the broken glass stil in the door. so to sum things up if you can avoid mayport trace apartments at all costs.
